I keep this picture posted above my monitor as a reminder that everything I have started within the mind of this little girl.

As adults, we forget to honor ourselves above all else. Instead we shape so much of our lives according to the beliefs we developed in childhood by our elders. But by giving ourselves permission to be authentic, we can unlock our full potential to live our best lives.

 

So, I implore you to ask yourself,

"What do I want?"

and trust that you have what it takes to make it happen.
